Penny

Penny is the person the other curators call when a client wants something that isn’t in any brochure. She once connected a pair of Montana cattle ranchers with a working dairy farm in Otorohanga, arranged for the farmer’s wife to serve jam and cream from that morning’s milking, and watched two families from opposite sides of the world become firm friends. That is how she has always worked: finding the real version of a place, then making sure it fits the person asking.
